This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in highly purposeful work in an increasingly agile environment, collaborating across the NSW Health system to implement key Government initiatives.  This highly valued role is in the Ministry of Health’s, Workplace Relations Branch. The Branch plays a key role in supporting the NSW Health workforce in leading system wide industrial relations and implementing workplace relations policies.

 

In this role, some of your key focus areas are industrial relations and related activities.

 

Crown Clerk 5/6, salary from $97,027 - $107,059 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you’ll work on a range of complex matters that will test your problem solving, communication, resilience and stakeholder management skills. While a key focus is industrial, you will also provide policy advice, and support and deliver key projects across the full spectrum of the workplace relations function.

 

In this role, variety is a certainty. You may be involved in important work surrounding industrial awards and determinations, policy and projects, strategic and Ministerial communications, negotiations and opportunities for advocacy in the Industrial Relations tribunals. There are endless opportunities for growth and development.
