What you'll be doing
Oversee a diverse range of workforce and recruitment functions, while offering dedicated support and expert advice to users of workforce systems like StaffLink, ROB, SARA, FieldGlass and ClinConnect.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a top-tier, customer-centric Workforce/HR support service that prioritises best practices, continuous improvement, and adding value at every step.

  1. Recent practical experience in a client-focused workforce/recruitment environment, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in Workforce/HR Support or HRIS functions, with a solid understanding of electronic systems and the ability to effectively support stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  4. Please tell us about a time when you had to solve a complex problem by cross-referencing information from various sources (e.g., online databases, previous case records, or team expertise). How did you approach gathering and combining the information to resolve the issue efficiently?
