Join Fairfield Hospital as a Wardsperson, supporting patient care through safe, compassionate, and efficient assistance to patients, staff, and clinical teams. 

  • Provide safe and respectful patient transfers and transport throughout the hospital. 
  • Support clinical teams by assisting with patient care activities and operational tasks. 
  • Deliver a positive patient experience through compassionate service and teamwork with healthcare professionals and families. 
 

Are You the Right Fit? 
As a Wardsperson you will use your teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to safe patient care to make a positive difference every day. 

  • Motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training. 
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles, including safe manual handling practices. 
  • Able to follow instructions, use basic computer systems, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
