About The Role
As part of our Child Youth Family team, you will provide high-quality, specialist child and family health care across a range of community settings. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering care that is flexible, accessible, and family-centred.
In this role, you will:
- Provide care through clinic appointments, home visits, and telehealth
- Use strong clinical assessment and case management skills
- Advocate for child wellbeing and safety
- Collaborate with services such as the NDIS and Cerebral Palsy Alliance
- Contribute to integrated, coordinated care for families
- Bring leadership, initiative, and passion to your practice
About You and Our Support
We are looking for a qualified Child and Family Health Nurse with current experience in the field who is ready to step into a varied and rewarding community role.
You will be well supported by your line manager, the wider CFHN team in Armidale, the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), and the CFHN CNS 2. We foster a supportive, connected environment where learning and professional growth are encouraged every step of the way.
You will bring:
