Selection Criteria

A primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the FAChAM/FAFPHM/FRANZCP and/or overseas trained specialist pathways.
Completion of the NSW Opioid Treatment Accreditation Course. https://otac.org.au/
Knowledge of contemporary clinical management and modern approaches in assessment and management of drug and alcohol issues.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide medical leadership for the team.
Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, and research and quality improvement.
Demonstrated commitment to behaviours which align to the NSW Health CORE values and MLHD Values, goals and strategies.
