About the Opportunity

As a Training Consultant of our Training Team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through delivering impactful training and education across multiple digital health implementations. Supporting projects from initiation through to transition into support models, you’ll ensure NSW Health staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to confidently adopt new systems.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment where you’ll manage competing priorities, coordinate training schedules, and deliver engaging learning experiences across a range of programs.

•        Facilitate training across multiple formats including instructor-led, virtual and demonstrations
•        Manage training activities across multiple projects, including scheduling, LMS tracking and coordination
•        Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and align training to business needs
•        Deliver engaging training sessions while maintaining strong knowledge of current systems
•        Evaluate training effectiveness and apply quality assurance to continuously improve learning outcomes

About You

•    Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent, with strong experience in adult learning design, development and delivery
•    Proven capability in instructional design and creating system-based learning solutions
•    Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools (Articulate, Adobe Premiere Pro)
•    Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
•    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
•    Highly desirable: experience with Power BI, simulated learning environments, broader eLearning tools, and a focus on data-driven continuous improvement
