- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completed Three Post Graduate years. Previous Australian experience as an Orthopaedic SRMO or Trainee is required. Successful completion of term requirements for application to advanced training with the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
- Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and judgment.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated commitment towards progression along the pathway to the SET programme.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to quality improvement.
- Sound computer skills
