St George ICU is a 52-bed Level 3 tertiary Intensive Care Unit and Major Trauma Centre providing care to more than 3,000 critically ill patients annually. As one of Australia's largest mixed ICUs, we provide exposure to a broad range of complex medical and surgical critical care including trauma, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, complex abdominal surgery and ECMO.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated doctors to join our ICU. St George ICU offers an exceptional learning environment with strong clinical support and outstanding training opportunities. Trainees in the specialty of ICU may be seconded to rotational positions in Anaesthesia, Medicine rural ICU, and paediatric ICU.
