Selection Criteria:
- Proven customer service skills.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and in a busy environment.
- Proven ability to operate a busy switchboard in a call centre environment.
- Ability to work a 24 hour 7 days a week roster.
