About the Opportunity
As a Technical Analyst, you’ll provide specialised support to Local Health Districts (LHDs) and deployment sites, translating business requirements into ICT solutions and ensuring smooth technology operations. You will collaborate with Project Managers, and technical and operational stakeholders to meet client needs, deliver high-quality technical services, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver robust technical solutions related to SDPRIA. This is a great chance to make an impact by supporting vital health systems and contribute to the ongoing improvement of healthcare services across the region.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
· Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Azure Devops
· Server System administration including maintenance, monitoring and optimisation of servers deployed on Cloud
· Experience in automation and scripting on PowerShell and Bash
· Knowledge and experience in technical system configuration such as Active Directory and Single Sign-On
· Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective ICT solutions within a large, service-oriented environment
· Expertise in service transition framework and operational support for enterprise level applications
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills and effectively communicate with various business groups.
