About the Service
Hunter New England Imaging delivers critical Imaging Services across 37 sites within the Local Health District. Our PACS/RIS Support team is a high-performing, multidisciplinary group that delivers technical support and training to Medical Imaging teams and clinicians using our essential ICT systems.


About the Role
Based at Tamworth Hospital, this is an outstanding opportunity to play an integral role in supporting and enhancing our clinical imaging systems across the HNE District. As a key member of the PACS/RIS Support team, you’ll provide day-to-day operational support for a range of core systems including PACS, RIS and Cardiology PACS.

You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and contribute to exciting innovation projects that help shape the future of imaging services across the District. Working in collaboration with HNE ICT, you will monitor and maintain key application infrastructure and make a meaningful impact on clinical service delivery every day.


About You
You’re a proactive Technical Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and a genuine interest in supporting healthcare systems. You bring experience in server / virtual server / desktop infrastructure management, and ideally have skills in SQL, SSRS, and business report development. Most importantly, you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting others.
