The Role
St George Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic team leader pharmacist for a full-time permanent position. In this leadership role, you will be at the forefront of providing specialised pharmacy services.
As a Team Leader Pharmacist, you will lead the clinical pharmacy services in your designated practice area, managing and mentoring pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. You will coordinate and oversee the delivery of clinical services, ensuring adherence to best practice, ethical standards, and legislative requirements. Your role will also include contributing to quality improvement initiatives, research, and the development of pharmacy practices, while supporting the educational needs of staff. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that pharmacy services operate efficiently and that patients receive timely, high-quality pharmaceutical care.
