Selection Criteria:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability and expertise to lead the implementation and ongoing management of the underlying duress technology and message integration systems within a large complex organisation across multiple providers including cloud-based technologies.
  3. Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of server and network technologies including WiFi and various network protocols.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement detailed support processes and reporting.
  5. Demonstrated high level of analytical skills and the ability to develop new or revised approaches to the assessment, development and implementation of information technology systems.
  6. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet time frames required by Information Services Unit business drivers.
  8. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
