About the Opportunity

As Systems Administrator (FMIS) at eHealth NSW you will be responsible for providing application support to our customers across NSW Health with a strong focus on customer service. Excellent people and communication skills are essential as you will be liaising directly with our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to be involved in the transition of our Oracle eBusiness suite Financial and Supply Chain ERP to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high quality procurement and finance application support for Financial and Supply Chain ERP customers.
  • Respond to support requests using our Customer Request Management System, monitor system background processes, perform system testing and assist out partner HealthShare with the roll out of system changes.
  • Writing documentation on your system investigations and documenting any findings is used as a valuable resource for our team.
  • Investigate and liaise with the FMIS Applications Management team for the resolution of system issues.
  • Develop, implement or adhere to eHealth and HealthShare change management, audit, security or operational procedures.

About you

We are looking for someone who is motivated and has:

  • Experience providing support to a large scale Financial Management System like Oracle eBusiness suite Financial and Supply Chain ERP or Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to perform investigations on system issues and document your findings.
  • Experience using a Customer Request Management System to respond to customer inquiries
  • Experience performing master file maintenance in a large scale system including user access and data maintenance
  • Experience writing systems documentation and instructions for end users.
