System Analyst - North

- Relevant qualifications or recent workplace experience in either biological sciences or IT e.g. Biomedical Science/Pathology or Relevant IT Tertiary / post graduate qualifications
- Experience as a member of a pathology end-user department and a solid understanding of diagnostic laboratory processes and workflows
- Experience in providing support in a clinical setting – this may be in the areas of application, technical scientific or training support role
- Demonstrated understanding of project management and project life cycle, experience working on projects
- Demonstrable analytical and problem solving ability
- Demonstrated ability to work both in a team and individually
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a demonstrable commitment to provide high quality customer focused services
- Demonstrable recent experience using an issues tracking and project-management software application such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence environment
