We are seeking an inspiring and visionary leader to join South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) on a temporary secondment as Stream Manager for Critical Care. In this pivotal role, you will co-lead alongside the Medical Director to shape innovative models of care, drive patient safety and quality, and foster a culture of collaboration across multiple sites. As the stream manager, you will hold overarching governance and accountability for leadership, culture, incident monitoring, and quality improvement across the Critical Care stream, ensuring consistency and excellence—one service, multiple sites. Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across our District.
