The opportunity 

HealthShare NSW is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food and Nutrition Systems Support Officer to maintain and support the Food and Nutrition Management System across our managed facilities. In this key role, you’ll ensure database changes follow governance processes, support end-users with expert guidance, and help deliver a seamless patient experience through accurate and reliable nutrition service systems.

You’ll work closely with both technical teams and frontline staff to maintain user documentation, contribute to training delivery, and assist with ongoing system reviews and improvements.
