What you'll be doing
In this key leadership position, you will supervise and support frontline General Services staff delivering cleaning, linen, waste and patient support services across both facilities. You will ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard while fostering a strong performance and customer-focused culture.
Manage daily allocation of work and oversee service delivery standards
Monitor and manage use of cleaning supplies, reducing waste and improving efficiency
Support, coach and develop staff performance, providing training and feedback
Lead safe work practices, investigate incidents and champion a safety-first culture
Develop rosters, update payroll and support accurate workforce planning
