Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health or management related field and or equivalent experience in a health-related field.
  2. Proven ability to forge partnerships, networks and achieve outcomes through engagement of multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues within the NSW and National Health Care agenda, including in the development of Drug and Alcohol services.
  4. Well developed organisational skills and capacity to manage and complete several works concurrently and achieve deadlines.
  5. High level oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills with experience presenting complex information in a manner that is accessible and easily understood and preparing high quality briefings, reports and submissions in short times frames.
  6. Demonstrated project management skills and experience across a range of initiatives, working flexibly and independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyse complex information, contribute to policy and or service development and change management.
  8. Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
