Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Tertiary qualifications in a health or management related field and or equivalent experience in a health-related field.
- Proven ability to forge partnerships, networks and achieve outcomes through engagement of multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues within the NSW and National Health Care agenda, including in the development of Drug and Alcohol services.
- Well developed organisational skills and capacity to manage and complete several works concurrently and achieve deadlines.
- High level oral, written communication skills and interpersonal skills with experience presenting complex information in a manner that is accessible and easily understood and preparing high quality briefings, reports and submissions in short times frames.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience across a range of initiatives, working flexibly and independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyse complex information, contribute to policy and or service development and change management.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
