Sterilising Services Manager - Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD) - Permanent Full Time - The Sutherland Hospital
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the processes of the Sterilizing Services Department, ability to monitor and manage work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members.
- Demonstrated interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
- Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various employment practices and employee relations.
- Excellent organisational management skills.
