What you will bring to the role
- Able to work a flexible rotating roster
- Sterilising Services Certificate and experience working in a hospital sterilisation department
- Knowledge and understanding of AS4187 and Infection Control Guidelines
- Physically capable of carrying out all duties, including handling chemicals, biological hazards, standing for long periods, lifting, pulling and pushing loads
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
