About the Opportunity
Make a real difference, challenge yourself, and become an integral part of NSW Health Pathology. In this role, you will lead, develop, and support the implementation of standardisation programs in collaboration with Clinical Streams. Together, we are working towards delivering improved, more consistent outcomes across health and justice systems in NSW.
Flexible working arrangements are available, offering a blend of in-office and work-from-home options. You will join a small, dynamic team that collaborates across multiple pathology disciplines. This is an exciting time to be part of NSW Health Pathology’s journey, as we implement a statewide quality management system and deliver a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). These initiatives will support the harmonisation of practices and enable a truly integrated, networked pathology service delivered locally across NSW.
NSW Health Pathology operates more than 60 laboratories and around 200 collection centres across NSW and conducts over 60 million tests per annum. Our network of pathologists are supported by scientists, technicians and support staff who quickly and accurately assess samples so clinical teams can make the best possible treatment decisions for patients. We encourage our staff to be involved in research and innovation opportunities to create healthier safer communities.
