About the Role
Concord Centre for Mental Health (CCMH) is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers by providing quality healthcare, delivery of safe appropriate care, ensuring access to services, supporting our workforce, and working closely with the local community to manage the changing demand for services.
Provide senior clinical leadership for the Speech Pathology services including the assessment, diagnosis and management of communication and swallowing disorders for adult inpatients of mental health services within Sydney Local Health District (SLHD). The position is responsible for clinical supervision of the Level 1/2 Speech Pathologist at CCMH.

Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology that provides eligibility for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
- Advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of clinical care in a mental health setting.
- Ability to independently problem solve, apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in providing consultation and education/clinical teaching to colleagues and external parties through advanced clinical knowledge of speech pathology in mental health.
- Holds a current NSW driver licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
