To be considered for this position, you will need to attach your up-to-date resume (up to 5 pages) and response to the targeted questions in the questionnaire.  

Targeted Questions: 

  1. Bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. To be appointed as a Level 2 Health Professional evidence must be provided of three years' clinical experience.
  2. Provide examples of demonstrated clinical knowledge, experience, and skills in a wide variety of clinical settings and caseloads.
  3. Provide examples of your understanding of, and commitment to quality processes, and the application of evidenced based practice within speech pathology.
  4. Current drivers’ licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW which will include overnight stays in regional / remote areas. These deployments will make up the majority of your time in the position.

This is an NSW Health Category A position. For more information, please refer to the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases policy.
