The Prince of Wales Hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services, including advanced treatments in general medicine, surgery, and critical care. Our Pharmacy Team plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy as part of their holistic care. SESLHD Pharmacy Services is an extended hours service and our team is operational seven days per-week.
The Role
The Specialist Pharmacist, Medical Services is a specialist clinical role.
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across Prince of Wales Hospital and affiliated services for the defined specialty area of Medical Services.
All Specialist Pharmacist roles are integral members of the Prince of Wales pharmacy team to provide specialist clinical knowledge and skills for the pharmacy service. The position will work closely with Team Leader and Lead Pharmacist positions, to maintain comprehensive pharmacy service across all operational hours.
