Are You the Right Fit? 

  • Hold a recognised Social Work degree that provides eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Demonstrate experience in a health‑related setting, with the ability to deliver a broad range of Social Work interventions.
  • Show proven capability in prioritising workload and managing challenging or stressful situations effectively.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Display high‑level communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and computer capabilities.
  • Show a clear commitment to clinical supervision and ongoing professional learning.
  • Demonstrate understanding of quality processes and apply evidence‑based practice within Social Work. 
     
 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

1. A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) (new graduates encouraged to apply). 
2. Demonstrated experience in a health related field and ability to provide a range of Social Work interventions. 
3. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. 
4. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to quality processes, and the application of evidenced based practice within social work.
