- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Evidence of extensive clinical experience with a minimum as a level 2 or equivalent. Current unrestricted class C NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive and travel.
- Experience working in an acute hospital or community health setting as a practising Social Worker in the field of intellectual disability and with knowledge of the NDIS.
- Ability to provide in-depth advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence, with the capacity to provide clinical supervision to other staff including support staff.
