The Change and Commissioning ICT Coordinator will provide expert advice and support during the commissioning phase of the St George Hospital Stage 3 Redevelopment Project, with a particular focus on the digital health and ICT components. This role has a specific focus on effective ICT project management and support to achieve the business and service objectives of St George Hospital.

Reporting to the Redevelopment Project Manager, the Redevelopment Change and Commissioning Coordinator will support clinical and non-clinical support teams to effectively plan and deliver a range of digital health projects and tasks to ensure that services safely transition into new facilities that are delivered as part of the Stage 3 project.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT or project management, or relevant equivalent work experience in digital health, or a combination of study and work experience
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in ICT project management and in the delivery of health services
- Demonstrated skills in managing a number of projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high-volume work environment
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide informed advice and to make and facilitate decisions and recommendations
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
- High-level ICT skills, including in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint to capture, monitor and report against project deliverables
