What you'll be doing

Provide quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public, ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, facilitating timely access to people and services and supporting a positive opinion of the health service. To be responsible for the day to day running and operation of Telecommunication services incorporating PABX/VoIP/Spectralink telephone services, MIE (Message Integration Engine) and Paging services.

Selection Criteria

  1. Proven customer service skills.
  2. Proven organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
  3. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to work as part of a team and in a busy environment.
  5. Proven ability to operate a busy switchboard in a call centre environment
  6. Ability to work a 24 hour 7 days a week roster.
