An exciting temporary opportunity exists for an experienced clinician and Operational Manager, to work as part of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service to lead and support our adult community Mental Health teams and services.
The Service Manager participates as a member of the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service management team and is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all teams within Adult Community Mental health service; guiding the delivery of optimal recovery focused and strengths based consumer care, through collaborative partnerships with other teams, services and organisations involvement in strategic planning, project development and continuous improvement of practice standards and services.

Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
- Extensive experience in Community Mental Health with recent senior management experience.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change.
- Understanding of and commitment to the principles and practices of consumer and family participation within a recovery and strengths based framework.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical service planning and financial management.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
