Join the Team

Join the End User Compute Program as a Senior Solutions Architect and play a key role in shaping the technology that supports healthcare delivery across NSW. You'll lead the design of secure, resilient and supportable solution architectures, partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative outcomes across complex digital transformation initiatives.
 

In this role, you will:

•    Lead the design and governance of secure, scalable and resilient solution architectures across complex enterprise ICT initiatives. 
•    Act as the trusted technical authority, translating business, clinical and technical requirements into fit-for-purpose technology solutions. 
•    Drive architectural decision-making by evaluating solution options, identifying risks, dependencies and technical constraints, and providing expert recommendations. 
•    Develop and maintain solution designs, architecture artefacts and technology roadmaps that support strategic business and clinical outcomes. 
•    Partner with project teams, engineers, cyber security specialists, enterprise architects and vendors to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver successful outcomes. 
•    Provide architectural oversight and design assurance throughout delivery, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements and long-term strategic objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need:
•    Extensive experience designing and delivering solution architectures across large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
•    Proven ability to lead architectural direction, influence decision-making and act as the trusted technical authority on major initiatives.
•    Strong expertise in solution design, governance, risk management and balancing strategic architecture with delivery outcomes.
•    Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders, technical teams and vendors.
•    Broad technical knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, identity, applications and integration technologies.
•    Experience delivering outcomes in complex or highly regulated environments, with a collaborative approach to leading workshops, building consensus and navigating ambiguity.
