To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Relevant qualification in Social Work and eligibility for membership Social Work Association, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Demonstrated extensive specialist knowledge and experience in social work and mental health, drug, and alcohol service provisions, including advanced clinical reasoning and ability to apply professional judgement on complex or critical tasks autonomously.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in work health and safety, clinical governance, and quality improvement with the proven ability to lead change to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers and their families to enhance health outcomes.
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills together with willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues and students.
- Demonstrated leadership in effective communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to identify key messages, issues or concerns when communicating with others.
- Current licence to drive in NSW.
