  1. A bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), including the ability to demonstrate a practical application of the AASW Code of Ethics. Recent, extensive and varied post graduate clinical experience as a level 2 Social Worker or above.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the assessment and management of adolescents with high acuity mental health issues often presenting with multiple risk factors. Knowledge and expertise in contemporary practices in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
  3. Extensive experience in working with families experiencing significant distress and attachment difficulties in the family system, impacted by multiple psycho-social stressors and/or inter-generational trauma.
  4. Demonstrated experience in, leading, initiating, mentoring, completing and presenting quality improvement activities, research and service evaluation process. Extensive experience in clinical teaching and supervision for students and allied health staff.
