Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completion of at least two (2) postgraduate years including relevant experience in Intensive Care Medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a supervised environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of continued professional development and commitment to self-education
- Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
- Demonstrated career goal to undertake further training in critical care medicine and aptitude for acute care medicine.
