- Qualifications and experience commensurate with the Essential Requirements for the role.
- Previous clinical surgery experience and a demonstrated interest in Orthopaedic surgery.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills, judgement and expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skills in time management, prioritisation and problem solving.
- Commitment to own continuing professional development and self-education and Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
- Demonstrated interest in teaching and research in Orthopaedic Surgery.
