About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work on business improvement initiatives to improve the way NSW Health utilise and manage its property portfolio and improve stakeholder engagement with Health Districts and other government agencies.
The role is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing processes aligning with the strategic direction and outcomes of the Ministry of Health Property Unit.
This role will also provide advisory on property related matters assisting the Local Health Districts in their planning and property related transactions.
Desirable experience includes government real property management, project management, strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement and policy experience would be favourable.
Crown Clerk 9/10, salary from $129,464 - $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading

What you'll be doing
The role will be responsible for providing property related advice, participating in strategy development and health system management of property compliance. The Senior Property and Policy Officer responsibilities may include:
- Improving and implementing processes and workflows for real property transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Overseeing and validating Health Entity requirements for real property needs
- Reviewing and reporting on property information across NSW Health.
