About the Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager of our Clinical Technology Integration Team within SDPRIA, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of complex ICT and digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational standards across NSW Health.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact digital and technology solutions in the clinical space, including projects that integrate medical devices with statewide systems. You will work with innovative technologies and lead multidisciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle—supporting innovation, system transformation and service improvement across the health system.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of ICT/digital projects with a focus on clinical integration, risk mitigation and measurable outcomes.
- Drive strategic, large-scale projects that enable integration between clinical systems and biomedical devices.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including business case development, resource planning, stakeholder engagement and budget oversight.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across NSW Health, external partners and cross-functional teams.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in managing large-scale ICT or technical projects within complex environments.
- Brings strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management and digital health transformation.
- Holds relevant Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) or extensive project management experience.
- Possesses deep knowledge of ITIL v3 disciplines, especially Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital health landscape.
