Senior Program Manager
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in public health, health promotion, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and substantial relevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cultural, social, and structural determinants of sexual health, particularly in high-risk and marginalised communities, with the ability to apply an equity and inclusion lens to program, design and delivery.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice and health promotion principles, with the ability to translate research into effective public health programs, policies, or service design.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation, managing partnerships, and overseeing contracts to achieve program outcomes.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and flexibility in managing competing priorities.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating public health initiatives aimed at improving sexual health outcomes, including demonstrated impact in addressing the needs of priority populations
- Current Drivers licence and willingness to travel across NSW to meet the demands of the position.
