About the Opportunity
As Senior Program Coordinator in our Program Management Office (PMO) at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through playing a critical leadership role in enabling high-quality, consistent and well-governed program delivery. You will oversee planning and coordination activities, , documentation management and reporting across all programs in the directorate—ensuring alignment to established program management methodologies and governance standards.
This role offers the opportunity to be a part of a high-performing team focused on improving delivery maturity and strengthening governance across a significant portfolio. This is an opportunity for a senior program coordinator to step into a PMO-level role with real influence, visibility and impact.
In this role, you will:
- Drive integrated planning, scheduling, tracking and executive reporting
- Advise teams on the application of program management methodology across the full lifecycle
- Conduct QA reviews of PPM dashboards and program artefacts to ensure governance compliance and quality standards are met
Support continuous improvement and deliver ad hoc executive and directorate-level priorities
About You
- Extensive experience in program or portfolio coordination within a complex environment, with strong knowledge of program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Deep understanding of program deliverables, with the ability to apply methodology pragmatically to enable accurate, insight-driven reporting.
- Experience working with PPM tools and quality dashboards, conducting structured QA reviews and providing clear, actionable advice on program artefacts key deliverables and governance requirements.
- Confident communicator able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, providing authoritative guidance on methodology and required improvements.
- High-quality written and executive-ready reporting skills, with the agility to manage competing priorities and respond to emerging directorate needs.
