Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $125,693 - $138,510 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing
- Develop, review, and implement patient experience policies and guidelines to improve the quality of care.
- Collaborate with Local Health Districts, Specialty Health Networks, and other stakeholders to drive consistent and effective patient experience initiatives.
- Analyse data, conduct research, and provide evidence-based recommendations to enhance human experience across the health system.
- Support the development of training, resources, and tools to build staff capability in delivering person-centred care.
- Lead projects that promote best practices and innovation in patient and consumer experience.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing patient or consumer experience initiatives within healthcare settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on evidence-based decision-making.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, accessible policies and resources.
- A genuine passion for improving human experience and making a positive impact on patients, families, and staff.
