Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current National Physiotherapy Registration with AHPRA
- Significant post graduate experience in Physiotherapy with substantial experience in Renal Supportive Care
- Demonstrated advanced clinical reasoning skills and demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimum direct clinical supervision
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and support to Level 1 and 2 health professionals, technical and support staff
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, effective time management skills & ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and knowledge of & experience with Quality Improvement and Evidence Based Practice
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice to service managers on clinical service development, practice and design in response to demands and client stakeholder needs in relation to Renal Supportive Care Physiotherapy
- Current Australian driver’s licence
