  1. Demonstrated teaching skills including records of teaching programs; previous experience with developing and applying learning plans; as well as undertaking of pharmacist and intern clinical assessments and other competency assessments

  2. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult effectively, advise and provide assistance to professional peers and other staff. Including computer literacy and ability to use health information systems

  3. Demonstrated participation in development and review of medication and other related policies.

  4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff in the delivery of high quality pharmacy service within a tertiary referral hospital
