- Current Authority to Practice as a Pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated advanced clinical pharmacy expertise and experience in delivering high-level pharmaceutical care, including the ability to lead complex medication management, contribute to clinical decision-making, and support specialised services within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, including experience in supervising staff, supporting professional development, and contributing to workforce planning and service improvement initiatives within a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong track record in quality improvement, clinical governance, and medication safety, with the ability to lead and evaluate projects, implement evidence-based practice, and contribute to policy development and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence practice, build collaborative relationships across departments, and represent pharmacy services in internal and external forums.
