About the role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we are enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.

In this diverse role you will act as a key people and culture business partner to the NSW Ministry Executives and people leaders in relation to human resources management and organisational change.

You will be part of a supportive team that will work in a matrix structure, collaborating with subject matter experts across the various teams within the Ministry's people and culture function. The role calls for a creative problem solver who can understand and work across multiple specialities.

Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $129,464 - $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location - 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you will be doing
Utilising the breadth and depth of your People and Culture generalist experience you will partner with key stakeholders in the delivery of solutions and initiatives across the full spectrum of the people function. 

You will use your strong stakeholder management skills to enable the business to deliver against their strategic objectives, through a genuine business partnering approach.
