To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:

  • Must hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, eligible for AHPRA registration and have at least 3 years post graduate clinical experience in a relevant field. Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent
  • Evidence of advanced clinical skills and demonstrated experience in the provision of occupational therapy services for palliative care clients
  • Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation.
  • Demonstrated advanced reasoning skills and ability to prioritise, organise and manage autonomously across a complex range of clinical settings
  • Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes with other staff
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students
