About the role
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.
In this role, you will lead the Ministry’s workplace culture improvement program by designing, delivering, and evaluating strategies that support positive cultural and organisational change.
Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $129,464 - $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you'll be doing
- Partner with teams to deliver tailored workforce and culture solutions, including planning, recruitment, and leadership development.
- Support capability-building initiatives that help staff grow and meet business needs.
- Lead projects from planning to evaluation, ensuring successful delivery of organisational development and culture programs.
- Manage key initiatives like the NSW Health Workplace Culture Survey and Employee Recognition Program.
- Provide expert advice and collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural reform and best-practice HR strategies.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Relevant experience in large or complex organisations, especially organisational development, or cultural change.
- Strong understanding of organisational development strategies like workforce planning, performance development, career and succession planning, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs that support positive workplace culture and employee growth.
- Experience managing change and supporting teams through cultural and organisational transformation.
