About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of Australia's largest health system by joining the statewide NSW Health Deployment Program in the Central Resource Unit (CRU).
We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide clinical governance, leadership and expertise within occupational therapy services including the provision of safe, timely, compassionate, and high-quality person-centred care.
Where you'll be working
The Senior Occupational Therapist workforce will be deployed to locations across NSW Health from anywhere between two to 13 weeks to support short-term staffing needs. You will have the flexibility to work for short periods of time, with the opportunity to stay longer and work across a variety of health settings when on deployment.

Targeted Questions:
Current Occupational Therapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
Provide examples of advanced clinical skills and experience in the provision of occupational therapy services within relevant clinical areas and settings.
Tell us about your experience in the identification of evidence-based practice and/or development of treatment protocols.
Provide examples of your experience in the provision of clinical supervision and mentoring of staff and/or students.
Current drivers’ licence with capacity and willingness to travel to NSW Health business and service locations throughout NSW which will include overnight stays in regional / remote areas. These deployments will make up the majority of your time in the position.
