Senior Mental Health Clinician
- Recognised Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy with registration with AHPRA or membership to AASW. Social Workers and Occupational Therapists Level 3 require minimum experience at Level 2. Clinical Psychologists require master's degree and registration requirements. Clinical Nurse Specialist means with relevant post registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualifications or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, implement and evaluate evidence based clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership, including mentorship and supervision to other mental health staff in the assessment, care planning and care delivery of people with complex mental health issues and comorbid conditions.
- Demonstrated high level ability to work effectively both as a member of a multidisciplinary team and independently, including establishing and maintaining partnerships and collaborative working with a range of internal and external key partners.
