Health Manager level 5 starting salary from $173345.00 - $193906.00 plus Super, with a 40-hour work week.
What you’ll be doing
Managing a dynamic team in the Efficiency Improvement and Support Team within the Ministry of Health. The role will work with staff of all levels in Local health Districts to assist them with the delivery of best practice rostering and the identification and delivery of strategies aimed at reducing duplication as well as minimising wastage and cost.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Implementing change and improvement activities including rostering improvement.
- Supporting managers and clinical staff in delivering efficient services.
- Experienced in the operations of health services.
- Provide leadership and engage staff of all professional backgrounds.
