The Nepean Mental Health Centre provides inpatient care for people experiencing acute mental health issues through the short-stay Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC), the Acute Mental Health Unit, Mental Health High Dependency Unit, and Older Persons Mental Health Unit. We support our Patients by linking them to case managers for ongoing treatment and support within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.

What you will bring to the role
- Tertiary Qualifications in a Health or Management related discipline and/or equivalent experience working in a health service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, review and coordinate complex reports, briefing papers, business cases and correspondence.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information, data and trends to improve service capabilities or program / service delivery.
- Ability to contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, applying best practice and consumer centred approaches to strengthen service outcomes.
- Capability to design and implement structured programs that align with organisational priorities and improve consumer experience.
- Experience developing work plans, coordinating service activities and contributing to strategic planning processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, communicate effectively, build strong stakeholder relationships and solve problems.
- Ability to use computer applications as a management and operational tool, including word processing, database, spreadsheet, data analysis and literature searching.
